Basmati Rice

BASMATI RICE is gluten-free and fat-free. It provides all eight necessary amino acids, as well as folic acid, and is sodium-free and cholesterol-free. Basmati has a low to medium glycemic index, which means it releases energy at a slower, more consistent rate, resulting in a more balanced energy level. Basmati rice is unlike any other rice on the planet.
